Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026
This site is operated by Jaw-Pain.ie. We take your privacy seriously and aim to collect as little personal data as possible, store it for as short a time as possible, and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
What we collect via this website
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to follow up about your treatment.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this website.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics service hosted in the EU. It records aggregate page views and referrers. No personal data is stored, no cookies are set, and no data is shared with third parties.
Medical records
If you become a patient, clinical records are held separately by the treating practitioners under Irish medical confidentiality rules and the data-retention requirements of the Chiropractic Association of Ireland and CORU. Those records are not held on this website.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete data ("right to erasure")
- Object to processing or withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie)
To make any of these requests, use our contact page or email the clinic directly.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Clinical records are retained for the period required by law.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies by default. The embedded Google review links on the team page may set cookies if you click them and interact with Google's site; that is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
